Mk1/2 Escort ENGLISH axle 3.77 crown wheel & pinion , manufactured to original Ford specifications in 18 NiCr (Nickel Chrome steel), original Gleason tooth form, lapped individually to finish, BRAND NEW, this is the ratio set as fitted to Mk1 Escort Twin Cam, RS 1600 & Mexico. This is a good combination if using a Type 9 5 speed box that'll give you good acceleration as well as good for cruising & ideally suited to road cars although it has been a popular ratio for a variety of competition cars. 3.54 RS type - TR-35. 3.77 as fitted to Mk1 Twin Cam, RS 1600 & Mexico - TR-86.
