Genuine Girling front left & right (pair) Ford Escort, Capri, Cortina Brake Calipers. (Inlet and bleed threads are imperial). Professionally re-conditioned to a very high standard using brand new pistons, seals & bleedscrews and then put through our stringent test after rebuild to check for leaks. FULLY ASSEMBLED IN THE UK. Brake pads are NOT included in this sale.

To fit the following vehicles. RS Mexico 1600 ohv (upto March 72). RS 1800 twin cam avo (upto March 72). V6 3.0 & rs 3.1 upto (nov 1970 only). 1.7 & 2.0 v4 engines (upto nov 1970 only).

1.6 ohv models (GT & base) (Aug 69 - Oct 70). 1.3 ohv models (GT) (sept 69 to nov 70). 1500 GT (nov 64 onwards). Early pre xflow 1500 (gt only). Savage 3.0 v6 (1966-70). These units WILL NOT LEAK AS THEY ARE FULLY TESTED PRIOR TO DESPATCH. If a leak is found, it is more than likely creeping from the hydraulic connection - not the fault of the caliper. You can double check by dismounting the caliper, putting a piece of wood or other suitable material between the pistons, and getting someone to assist and push the brake pedal down slowly - that will show where any leak may be coming from as the fluid pressure is applied from the pedal.
