Oddments from my late Fathers collection. This a very rare classic Smiths Oil Check.
If you don't know what it is? You can basically dip your oil level from inside the car. You can fit a hollow dipstick in the dip stick hole, replacing the original dipstick. With the old dipstick, you can mark low oil level and drill a 0.5mm to 1mm hole through the tube.
If the oil level is over the low hole, it will pull out green, if not, it will pull out red. It works on a vacuum scenario.
